Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in China. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time stated on the product page.

2. Carriers & tracking

We ship via reputable carriers. When your order ships, we will provide tracking information where available.

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery depends on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-shipment due to incorrect information.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by destination countries. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by mandatory law.

6. Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist with carrier claims as reasonable.

Standard delivery charges

Standard delivery is CNY 150 per order to the United States, Canada, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged separately by the destination country. For other destinations, please contact the studio before ordering.
